This agency is professional and very successful.
It is clear to me that the 2 reviews posted with negative comments are posted by people or agencies in competition with Nina Lubarda - Future Faces NYC.
When you go on other sides you will see many successful postings and reviews that will clarify this. It is also very sad that people would go out of their way to do this.
Future Faces NYC has many kids who model for companies like KIDS VOGUE, JCrew, H&M, CARTER'S, Elle Kids, Osh Kosh, Diesel, JOE Fresh and many many more!
If this was a scam none of these brands would ever reach out to agency like Future Faces NYC to request children.
Their reputation and contacts with top brands is what drives their business to the top. Recently GAP was also another company reaching out to see children from this agency.
I am a mom of a baby boy who signed up just recently, Nina Lubarda took the photos which by the way were amazing. I also had terrible experience with a company called INTERFACE which took your money and did absolutely nothing. Before wasting your time trying to destroy reputable agency, please see the reviews on others!
They took my money and pretended they worked on my son's behalf. They continue to do that even after being taken to court and paying 400k in fines.
Future Faces NYC is professional and very selective. They hand pick their kids and its a privilege just to get a call back. It's a boutique modeling agency that works extremely hard for their kids. They know what is in demand and their top brands come back time after time for more.
This is where you want your kids to be!

I just wanted to take the time to let the parents of potential models know that NINA LUBARDA MODEL MANAGEMENT and FUTURE FACES NYC is the agency for your kids. Nina Lubarada and her staff work dedicated to get kids on the right career path. Nina Lubarda's passion and drive is above and beyond anything I've seen. Being a parent it's scary to trust people with your kids and it is so hard choosing an agency that you can trust. My kids signed with Future Faces NYC in July 2012. And it's been non-stop on the request and jobs that my kids have landed. When I signed my kids i thought that they would be called once in a while being that there are so many beautiful and talented kids, signed with Future Faces NYC but that wasn't the case. Nina Lubarda is so passionate and dedicated to every single kid she has and works efforlessly to land campaigns for all of them.. Nina Lubarda is extremely committed to her FFNYC family. She is a highly trained photographer and her modeling experience has given her the ability to coach clients for success. She has worked with campaigns such as: Armani Junior, Dolce & Gabanna, Roberto Cavalli, Vogue Bambini, Benetton, and more!
Nina has represented my daughter since 2011. She booked her first go see with Hanes campaign (print and commercial), played a lead role in a short film with talented actors from NYFA and was featured in two Nickelodeon cartoons!

We have been with Nina Lubarda/Future…
We have been with Nina Lubarda/Future Faces since February of 2013. Three days after signing our daughter got a direct book from a new boutique clothing line. One week later she was chosen for Petite Parade/ Vogue Bambini. This has continued with direct bookings such as: New York Times Magazine, Amscan etc. She has had Gap, Osh Kosh, Marco Polo request. Unfortunately we were on vacation. We are so impressed with her connections. Nina's passion for what she does shows. Her compassion towards her children is apparent to all of us who work with her. She has promoted our daughter and believes in her and each one of her clients. I would recommend Nina Lubarda to anyone who truly wants someone to treat them like family. She will work hard to get you to top... We adore her.

Nina Lubarda model management has provided me with exceptional opportunities for my kids. Both have been featured in Gap, 1 in toys R us, and many other brands. My kids love it and although its sometimes I am stuck playing the waiting game, I love seeing their work and them very happy.

NINA LUBARDA MODEL MANAGEMENT is an excellent agency. I highly recommend NINA LUBARDA KIDS division to any parents who are interested in modeling for their children. They have a truly professional team and work with the best clients, casting directors and companies. Their bookers are extremely passionate about their work. Nina Lubarda Kids is a personal and caring agency. My son spent almost a year with another agency doing little to nothing. He has had very few castings. Within two weeks of switching to Nina Lubarda Kids , they had him booked for a Vogue Bambini editorial and for a H&M campaign. I'm really grateful for everything they have done for my son.

NINA LUBARDA MODEL MANAGEMENT is very professional. Before deciding to go with NINA LUBARDA and Future Faces NYC, I did a lot of research on all of the agencies in the New York City area. I was very impressed when I went in for my initial interview and love Future Faces NYC since then. Nina Lubarda, Johh and all the others are very professional. They are very kind and honest. I went on a few other interviews at other agencies in the area and was not impressed at all. Since starting with Nina Lubarda and Future Faces NYC Model Management, my daughter has gone on many great auditions, worked for great brands. I could not be happier.

The five stars says it all. Nina Lubarda, John... everyone at Nina Lubarda Model Management and kids division Future Faces NYC that I've encountered has been very professional, reliable and upfront. I would recommend Future Faces NYC to anyone. I've been very fortunate to have worked with them and hope to continue a mutually beneficial relationship as time goes by for my daughter. She loves Nina Lubarda and John. She has lots of fun at her fantastic bookings. We are very pleased to often see great published work for my daughter in all major stores and magazines. Our son and daughter has been with Nina Lubarda Model Management - Future Faces NYC for just over one year in the kid's division. Nina Lubarda and John are very easy to work with, and I can tell from over 60 auditions and nearly half as many bookings that Nina Lubarda Kds is very well respected amongst casting agencies, casting directors and production crews. There is so much chit chat about who is the "In Agency" I can tell you this from experience- Nina Lubarda is "It" She is top Dog in her game. Her knowledge of this industry is right on target. Nina takes her time in choosing just the right models for her representation. All her talent is unique and not the typical boy/girl next door that most agencies profit on. She takes her staff a step further- she exspects perfection and gets it. In this biz- models are now cattled called out from one go see to the next- like a herd of cows. She assures her models that she will choose the right jobs for their look. Nina Lubarda is by trade is an amazing photographer , which is rare in this business. I can say many agencies can send you out to a suggested photographer- but they fall short of what is needed to be competitive in the market . NLMM has given my daughter Olivia so much success in such a short period of time. Nina Lubarda is extremely committed to her FFNYC family. She is a highly trained photographer and her modeling experience has given her the ability to coach clients for success. She has worked with campaigns such as: Armani Junior, Dolce & Gabanna, Roberto Cavalli, Vogue Bambini, Benetton, and more!
Nina has represented my daughter since 2011. She booked her first go see with Hanes campaign (print and commercial), played a lead role in a short film with talented actors from NYFA and was featured in two Nickelodeon cartoons!
I highly recommend Nina Lubarda Model Management & FutureFaces NYC to anyone interested in exploring modeling and/or acting.

We have been with Nina Lubarda/Future…
We have been with Nina Lubarda/Future Faces since February of 2013. Three days after signing our daughter got a direct book from a new boutique clothing line. One week later she was chosen for Petite Parade/ Vogue Bambini. This has continued with direct bookings such as: New York Times Magazine, Amscan etc. She has had Gap, Osh Kosh, Marco Polo request. Unfortunately we were on vacation. We are so impressed with her connections. Nina's passion for what she does shows. Her compassion towards her children is apparent to all of us who work with her. She has promoted our daughter and believes in her and each one of her clients. I would recommend Nina Lubarda to anyone who truly wants someone to treat them like family. She will work hard to get you to top... We adore her.

I submitted my sons picture online one night and got a call a few weeks later, and now 5 months later, we are so happy!! I enjoy seein my son in the projects and he enjoys the final pieces and time on set as well! I think it deff depends on the child!

Nina Lubarda model management has provided me with exceptional opportunities for my kids. Both have been featured in Gap, 1 in toys R us, and many other brands. My kids love it and although its sometimes I am stuck playing the waiting game, I love seeing their work and them very happy.

NINA LUBARDA MODEL MANAGEMENT is an excellent agency. I highly recommend NINA LUBARDA KIDS division to any parents who are interested in modeling for their children. They have a truly professional team and work with the best clients, casting directors and companies. Their bookers are extremely passionate about their work. Nina Lubarda Kids is a personal and caring agency. My son spent almost a year with another agency doing little to nothing. He has had very few castings. Within two weeks of switching to Nina Lubarda Kids , they had him booked for a Vogue Bambini editorial and for a H&M campaign. I'm really grateful for everything they have done for my son.

NINA LUBARDA MODEL MANAGEMENT is very professional. Before deciding to go with NINA LUBARDA and Future Faces NYC, I did a lot of research on all of the agencies in the New York City area. I was very impressed when I went in for my initial interview and love Future Faces NYC since then. Nina Lubarda, Johh and all the others are very professional. They are very kind and honest. I went on a few other interviews at other agencies in the area and was not impressed at all. Since starting with Nina Lubarda and Future Faces NYC Model Management, my daughter has gone on many great auditions, worked for great brands. I could not be happier.

The five stars says it all. Nina Lubarda, John... everyone at Nina Lubarda Model Management and kids division Future Faces NYC that I've encountered has been very professional, reliable and upfront. I would recommend Future Faces NYC to anyone. I've been very fortunate to have worked with them and hope to continue a mutually beneficial relationship as time goes by for my daughter. She loves Nina Lubarda and John. She has lots of fun at her fantastic bookings. We are very pleased to often see great published work for my daughter in all major stores and magazines. My daughter accomplished far more than I had ever hoped.

Our son and daughter has been with Nina Lubarda Model Management - Future Faces NYC for just over one year in the kid's division. Nina Lubarda and John are very easy to work with, and I can tell from over 60 auditions and nearly half as many bookings that Nina Lubarda Kds is very well respected amongst casting agencies, casting directors and production crews. Highly recommend!

"Nina Lubarda Model Management & Future Faces NYC " is what is fresh , new , and exciting at all the casting in NY. There is so much chit chat about who is the "In Agency" I can tell you this from experience- Nina Lubarda is "It" She is top Dog in her game. Her knowledge of this industry is right on target. Nina takes her time in choosing just the right models for her representation. All her talent is unique and not the typical boy/girl next door that most agencies profit on. She takes her staff a step further- she exspects perfection and gets it. In this biz- models are now cattled called out from one go see to the next- like a herd of cows. She assures her models that she will choose the right jobs for their look. Nina Lubarda is by trade is an amazing photographer , which is rare in this business. I can say many agencies can send you out to a suggested photographer- but they fall short of what is needed to be competitive in the market . Nina- knows her stuff- and can create the look she sees in each model before her lens. She is easy to work for- direct in her manner and a go getter. We signed with Nina Lubarda Model Management/Future Faces NYC in December 2011. Since signing we have been on many exciting go sees including: Pottery barn, J Crew, Nickelodeon, Osh Kosh. Nina Lubarda Model Management/Future Faces NYC has been our agent since Jan 2012. In the last few months, see has sent our son Roman on many requested go-see's some included Carters, Gerber, Chicco, Chase Bank, Little Me, NUK, Gant, etc. He booked Chicco, Carters and Little Me! NLMM has given my daughter Olivia so much success in such a short period of time. Within the first month my daughter booked a modeling job and part an episode of Team Umizoomi on Nick Jr. I believe these bookings are a direct result of the beautiful pictures taken of my daughter by NIna, herself, and a result of the amount of effort Nina puts forth in exposing her children to the right people in NYC.
